After months of pain, with no answer in sight my doctor decided to do one more test before she was out of options. And that one test led to an answer, a diagnosis. Primary Adrenal Insufficiency where my body can’t make cortisol due to my immune system attacking it. Cortisol is vital for stress management and daily functions. It’s a diagnosis that will lead to a lifetime of steroids. But I’m here to tell my story and spread awareness.
