The story of Allison
When I was 16 I had awful, terrible pain in my belly every day. I saw specialist after specialist, one of them even telling me it was all in my head! It was so humiliating, I even missed half of my senior year of high school. I was in constant pain for a year and some months before I was finally diagnosed with Endometriosis. I went through Lupron treatments for 6 months and I am finally managing it, and I have achieved so much more than I expected to with this disease! I’ll soon be going to pharmacy school, where I hope to do research about Endometriosis!
