The story of Lucia
My niece Hana was diagnosed with PKU in 2014 at just 10 days old. Just when we thought we have thought we have healthy baby at home our world had turned upside down. We got that dreaded phone call that her heel prick test results came back  and we have to report immediately at specialist hospital. At the beginning we were all very upset,my sister was distraught. Now, 3 years on Hana is thriving,she’s is clever and very happy 3 year old. We wouldn’t have here any other way. She’s special and we love her just the way she is.Â
