double wammy and thanks to Shire now on both Velaglucerase for Gaucher but also Lialda for ulcerative colitis discovered in July after months of vomiting and GI problems. Needing prednisone low dose but able to eat and love life once again. Ironic eosinophilic disease soooo diffficulr to diagnose much like Gauchers. Needed positive colonoscopy biopsies that took many months to appear. Shire has been a blessing in my life!!! Wish I had stock in them!!!!
