Jeans for Genes Hop
The Montelores Early Childhood Council and Community Connections celebrated RARE Disease day with an inclusive “Jeans for Genes Hop” dance. We had friends of all ages and abilities together and created awareness for RARE disease with bluejeans ribbons, music & dancing, and reading of “Giraffes Can’t Dance”. One of the coordinators of the event is mother to a RARE and amazing person with 11p15 Silver Russell Syndrome.
