Please join SWAN families in WA for a relaxed morning tea in the park. Share laughs, information and stories with other SWAN Members in recognition of Rare Disease Day.

Rare Disease Day is an international day that takes place on the last day of February each year. The day raises awareness of rare diseases and the importance of equity, diagnosis, treatments and inclusion. This morning tea will be held the Sunday before Rare Disease Day.
We have decided to make this a BYO event, since we do not have funding and our children often have complex dietary requirements. Please BYO food, drinks, a picnic rug, hat and sunscreen.
We need a minimum of 3 families for this event to go ahead.
SWAN is non-for-profit and receives no ongoing funding. If you have the means this Rare Disease Day, we would be incredibly grateful for a donation of any size.
