On the occasion of the rare diseases day, Dravet Italia Onlus Is promoting a campaign aimed at raising awareness on rare diseases with the support of AGSM and the patronage of the Municipality of Verona.
From 22 to 28 February 2021 the Verona Arena will be lighted with the representative colors of the RDD.
The lighting ceremony will be attended by Isabella Brambilla (Chairperson Dravet Italia Onlus - Coordinator EPAG Patient Group ERN EpiCARE - Coordinator Epag Italia), politicians, and doctors from the Operational Units of the AOUI of Verona belonging to the European Reference Networks for Rare Diseases (ERN)
"RAISING AWARENESS MEANS ALSO CONVEYING THE IDEA THAT EVERY RARE DISEASE PATIENT HAS THE RIGHT TO HIS OWN PERSONAL DIGNITY AND THAT, WITH THE AID OF MEDICAL RESEARCH, SOCIAL INCLUSION IS THE 'MOST VALUABLE GIFT."

Campagna di sensibilizzazione "Rare Disease Day - Accendiamo le luci sulle malattie rare"
In occasione della giornata delle malattie rare, Dravet Italia Onlus ha promosso con il supporto di AGSM e il patrocinio del Comune di Verona una campagna volta a sensibilizzare sulle malattie rare.
Dal 22 al 28 Febbraio ci sarà l’Arena di Verona illuminata con i colori di rappresentanza della RDD.
Alla cerimonia di accensione presenzieranno oltre Isabella Brambilla (Presidente di Dravet Italia Onlus, Coordinatrice Rappresentante dei Pazienti dell’ERN Epicare, Coordinatrice del Gruppo ePAG Italia), esponenti politici, e i medici dei centri riconosciuti e che hanno richiesto l’endorcement ERN dell’AOUI di Verona.
“SENSIBILIZZARE SIGNIFICA ANCHE TRASMETTERE IL CONCETTO CHE OGNI MALATO RARO HA DIRITTO ALLA PROPRIA DIGNITA’ IN QUANTO PERSONA E CHE, INSIEME ALLA RICERCA, L’INCUSIONE SOCIALE E‘ IL DONO PIU’ PREZIOSO.”
