For Rare Disease Day 2023, Alexion Germany in partnership with CBT, MSD_Deutschland, Novartis-Deutschland, Takeda, UCB and supported by Ravensburger will launch the disease awareness challenge “colourUp4 RARE”, a digital engagement activity to call the public to colour-up the symbolic image for the rare disease community, a zebra. The campaign is endorsed by the Alliance of Chronic Rare Diseases (ACHSE) e.V., Germany’s umbrella organization for rare and chronic conditions, and the Eva Luise and Horst Köhler Foundation. The digital challenge will be launched February 21 and will end March 7. Through the #colourUp4RARE challenge, Alexion Germany is pledging to give 7,000 Euros to ACHSE e.V. and the Eva Luise and Horst Köhler Foundation to foster two research projects.
Further, on Rare Disease Day, 28th February through “colourUp4RARE”, Alexion Germany is inviting the public to join a live event in Munich inner city from 1 PM to 5 PM to paint a human’s high zebra with key politicians, media, PAO & HCP representatives supporting the activity.
