On 24 February 2021, the President of the Cyprus Alliance for Rare Disorders, Mr Charalambos Papadopoulos, will be giving a livestreamed interview to Roundtable 6 Limassol answering key questions of the rare disease community.
The purpose of the interview is to share key facts about rare diseases and the rare disease patient community, the role of the Alliance and the challenges it has been founded to address in order to raise awareness of both stakeholders and the society at large.
Mr Papadopoulos will also be sharing his own experience as parent of a child diagnosed with a rare disease in an attempt to concretise the struggles of the community with real life examples.
