The story of ALINA
I was diagnosed to have Vogt-koyanagi-harada syndrome in sept 2007,a rare disease that I never heard before even though I am a medical officer myself. It attacks the pigment anywhere in the body,esp in the eyes,ears,the nerves and skin. I got it in the eyes and nerves. I always feel giddy since student time, no one knows the cause.i had 3 days of continous headahce in which after that i couldnt read the sms.eye doctor said it is vkh,the autoimmune disease.i was on steroid for 2 years, stable for 4yrs,then it recurred ladt june 2012. Now,i cant reduce steroid rapidly, it seemed the dis ease already resistant, somehow i am still fighting with the disease and the side effect of treatment
