Evie-Mae is a sweet, loving two year old girl who loves milky buttons and mr tumble
In November last year we were given the devastating news that Evie has an incurable life-limiting rare disorder
Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD).
INAD affects the nerve axons in the brain and other parts of the body, causing a progressive loss of vision and of physical and mental skills.
Evie has already stopped walking, it’s only a matter of time before she stops crawling and loses all of her previously learnt abilities. The harsh truth is that from this point onwards she will just continue to deteriorate.
The only thing I can do is keep Evie as happy and as comfortable as possible. The only treatment I have to offer her is love. The only hope I have is for a miracle.
Evie’s family are desperately trying to raise money for research into this heartbreaking disease.
