The story of Charlotte
From birth Charlotte beat to her own drum. We knew that God made her special. Fast forward to September 2022, we found out that Charlie Mae has a very rare neurodegenerative disease called Cockayne Syndrome.
CS comes with a lengthy list of symptoms and statistics that prove a shortened youthful life. Despite all of these “definitions” Charlotte is found these days loving just about every thing and every one! She loves animals and her sister the most!
She may be Rare but that was exactly how God made her. Her uniqueness still has a purpose and she is living her best life! We proudly wear stripes for all of those celebrated during February.
