Description
We are organizing the Rare Day for the second time in Mali. This event will gather scientists, patients and officials around case presentations and panel discussions on how to improve diagnosis and management of rare diseases in our country. Of note, rare diseases are neglected in developing countries such as Mali because of the supposedly high burden of infectious diseases. By organizing these events, we intend to bring rare diseases into light so that policymakers will invest resources in the research on these diseases and facilitate people living with these disease life.
