Sanofi Genzyme Belgium

At Sanofi Genzyme we strongly believe that continued efforts are needed to create awareness around rare diseases. Therefore, on this International Rare Disease Day, Sanofi Genzyme will commit even more to bring these rare diseases to everybody’s attention.

Raising awareness about these diseases can help to make a difference in the life of patients and their family and emphasize the dedication of doctors and scientists, leading eventually to a higher diagnosis and treatment rate.

On the 28th of February the Rare Diseases team of Sanofi Genzyme will organize an external awareness initiative to spread the word and to show we care! The full team will be biking in the streets of Brussels, handing out flyers and stimulating a social media challenge. Playful activities will also be organized in 2 elementary schools to raise awareness among children.

For this challenge, we count on you! Show you care by posting the number of km you will bike or walk during the week of the Rare Diseases day (from Feb 25th to March 3rd) on social media (Instagram, Linkedin, twitter and Facebook) with the hashtag: #Move4Rare. By achieving 500 shared hashtags, Sanofi Genzyme committed to make a donation to the King Baudouin foundation.

We are looking forward to have your support and making this activity a great success!
