KIDS Bari, the first Young Persons' Advisory Group in Italy borned in June 2017, is promoted by Consorzio per Valutazioni Biologiche e Farmacologiche (CVBF) in collaboration with the TEDDY Network (European Network of Excellence for Paediatric Clinical Research), the Paediatric Hospital “Giovanni XXIII” and the University Hospital Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria ConsorzialePoliclinico di Bari.
KIDS Bari is an organization composed of youths, patients, careers interested in a health condition, in research, actively participating as partners, advising researchers and their teams in a full range of activities in various research projects and initiatives. Our focus is to help researchers in trial design, prioritizing future researches, improving communication with the target population, and increase awareness on clinical research through the different means of communication.
For the second year, KIDS Bari supports the Rare Disease Day campaign. We will raise awareness about Rare Disease Day in schools; will share posts and videos in Italian language through our social network pages.
