Rare Disease Fest UAQ 26 February 2018 - 28 February 2018 Clavel 200, Prados de La Capilla, 76176 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., Santiago de Queretaro, Qro, México

The event will involve several activities all with the common objective of promoting awareness about knowing and respecting rare diseases. For this we will do the following activities:

1) We will go and do a panel to three high schools about what is rare disease and the importance of knowing them, while exposing some of them; this activity will be done in the course of three days, starting the Monday 26 of February going to the first school an then going to the other two schools the next two days

2) The second activity will be done the Wednesday 28 of  February and this is going to be a contest between medical students, the contest will involve rare diseases that they are supposed to know according to their semester, the objective is basically to reinforce the knowledge of this medicine students about the rare diseases.

3) Other of the activities is a series of stands, three in the medical school from Queretaro and other three on the central campus of the university; this stand will distribute flyers about the rare diseases and will be giving information about some of them.

4) The last idea is to make some posters of rare diseases and their importance; these posters will be distributed around the faculty of medicine and in the central campus of medicine.
