LES MALADIES RARES EN ORBITE! LANCEMENT DES INNOVATIONS 2019

(English follows)

RARE DISEASES IN-ORBIT! 2019 LAUCHING OF INNOVATIONS

Many people from the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean area (Quebec, Canada) are affected by rares diseases. Healthcare professionals and searchers of this area are creating tools to render accessible the rare expertise they have, improve access to healthcare and offer better services to those affected by a rare disease and their family. The RARE DISEASE DAY is one opportunity to outreach those tools.

This year we launch THREE PRACTICE GUIDELINES for neuromuscular diseases:

General Practitioner and Myotonic Dystrophy type 1 (DM1)
Occupationnal Therapist, Sexuality and Neuromuscular Diseases
Occupationnal Therapist working in primary care settings and Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1 (DM1)

At this time, they are available in French, but English version are expected somewhere in 2019.
