Description of the activity: For over twenty years the Canadian Marfan Association has been dedicated to assisting Marfan patients and their families. As Rare Disease Day approaches, we will notify our members and community of this day. It is our goal to increase awareness of rare diseases and the effect they have on many individuals and families.
