EURORDIS Rare Disease Day Event—Multi-Stakeholder Symposium 24 February 2016 Brussels

To mark the occasion of Rare Disease Day 2016, EURORDIS is holding a Multi-Stakeholder Symposium on Improving Patient Access to Rare Disease Therapies.

The event will take place from 24 - 25 February 2016 with the collaboration of a range of multi-stakeholder partners. It will directly address the pressing issue of improving patient access to rare disease therapies.  Event speakers include Vytenis Andriukaitis, European Commissioner for Health & Food Safety.

The opening session (10:30 - 14:30 GMT+1) on 24 February will be live web streamed and open to anyone with an internet connection.

We invite everyone to join the interactive session online: rare disease patients, their families and carers, as well as policy makers, industry representatives, researchers and health professionals.
