From  Feb 20 - 26   Mediaset National TV   channels,  will air the spot “Mommy, what are the rare diseases?” promoted by UNIAMO FIMR” 

UNIAMO FIMR is also proud to announce the partnership of the Volley League A1 A2 m/f which will allow a broader  visibility. During the weekend Feb 26/27 all players of 40 Teams will wear the RDD Tshirts during their presentation  while  the speakers will read a short message of information on RD

RARE BUT EQUAL  RARI MA UGUALI

 2011 RDD SLOGAN is very important  for hundreds of thousand  Italians affected by a rare disease, because  despite the progress made in recent years, the timely diagnosis, access and availability of medical treatment and rehabilitation are not equal in all regions and often the patient is forced to move. Furthermore in Italy many rare diseases are not yet recognized as eligible for the exemption from participation in the cost of health services related to the disease, contrary to what is required by law for the others.
