Rare Disease Day in Denmark
Organisations in Denmark have participated in Rare Disease Day since 2008, with a big scale celebration in 2008, 2012 and 2016.
For Rare Disease Day 2016, the Danish Alliance Rare Diseases Denmark arranged a Rare Race and a Rare March in the biggest cities in Denmark. Also, the Rare Prize was given to two persons for their excellent contriburtion to the rare disease community in Denmark. Moreover, a rare exhibition was presented outside the Danish Parliament on Rare Disease Day.
