Rare Disease Physician Database

All patient organizations, professional societies, and companies working with rare diseases are invited to submit the names of physicians who have expertise on various rare diseases.  The purpose is to maintain this information in a central database to help patients and physicians connect with each other.  Patients may nominate physicians online.  Then the physicians will be contacted to determine whether they would like to be included in this database.
